Why Internet Explorer Add-Ons Load So Slow?

Sometimes your IE 8 with add-ons installed loads slow and you don't know why. There's a way to see which one IE plug-in takes so long to initialize at the startup: click Tools » Manage Add-Ons » scroll right in the list see the load time of each add-on. Now you see which one loads too long, you can disable them or upgrade to the newest version in hope, the problem has been fixed.
