How to Open a New Instance of an App in Windows 7

Sometimes you want to quickly create a new instance of a running program. Windows 7 has a handy keyboard shortcut to open a new instance of the first program running in the taskbar.

To open a new instance of the first taskbar program press Windows Key+1. Pressing Win+2, Win+3, Win+4, and Win+5 will also work for the first five programs in the taskbar.
